Chinese tech brand Xiaomi's Indian subsidiary Poco has launched the Poco M7 Pro 5G smartphone on December 17 along with the low budget phone Poco C75. The company has launched the budget friendly phone in the Indian market with a 20MP selfie camera and a 5110mAh battery.
In this you will get premium features at a low price. Poco has launched the M7 Pro 5G with two storage variants. The base model with 6GB RAM + 128GB storage is priced at Rs 14,999 and the top variant with 8GB RAM + 256GB storage is priced at Rs 16,999.
The Poco M7 Pro 5G smartphone will be available from December 20 on e-commerce site Flipkart, the company's official website and other retail outlets. Talking about bank offers, a discount of Rs 1000 will also be given on credit cards of different companies.
Poco M7 Pro 5G: Design The Poco M7 Pro 5G smartphone has a flat panel. It will have a dual rear camera setup with LED flash on the back panel along with a punch hole design on the screen. Here you will get dual shade color theme in the phone. The company claims that it is 7.99mm thin. The phone is available in Lunar Dust, Lavender Frost and Olive Twilight color options.
Poco M7 Pro 5G: Specifications
- Display: Poco M7 Pro 5G has a 6.67-inch gold display with FHD+ resolution. Which works at 120Hz refresh rate. The company claims that the phone has the brightest display in its segment, which comes with a peak brightness of 2,100nits, HDR10+ and a contrast ratio of 5,000,000:1. For security, it also has Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection.
- Camera: For photography, the device features a dual rear camera setup with LED flash on the rear panel, which includes a 50MP Sony LYT-600 primary lens with optical image stabilization (OIS) and a 2MP ultra wide angle lens. AI features like AI night mode and AI zoom will be available in the camera setup. At the same time, the phone has a 20MP sensor for selfies and video calling.
- Processor and OS: The smartphone is powered by MediaTek Dimension 7025 Ultra SoC for performance. The company says that the phone will have great performance for gaming. It has Android 14 based Hyper operating system, with two years of OS updates and 4 years of security updates.
- Storage and RAM: To run the device smoothly, up to 8GB of RAM is supported along with 8GB of virtual RAM. While, storage options are currently available at 128GB and 256GB, which can be expanded up to 1TB via microSD card.
- Battery and Charging: Poco M7 Pro has a 5110mAh battery for power backup, which supports 45W fast charging for charging.
- Other: The phone also has premium features like stereo speakers, 3.5mm headphone jack and in-display fingerprint sensor with Dolby Atmos support for security. It is also equipped with Dual SIM 5G, 4G, WiFi, Bluetooth.
