New-gen Royal Enfield Classic-350 to be launched tomorrow: Updated bike gets dual-channel ABS braking with LED lighting setup, competes with Java 350

Royal Enfield is going to launch the 2024 model of its popular motorcycle Classic 350 on September 1. The company unveiled the updated model on August 12. New color options and features have been added to the updated motorcycle. Apart from this, no changes have been made in the bodywork and engine of the bike. The price of the base variant of the new bike may increase by 2 to 3 thousand rupees and the price of the top variant may increase by 5 to 6 thousand rupees. This motorcycle is priced at Rs. 1.97 to Rs. 2.28 lakh (ex-showroom) could be between. In India, it will compete with Java 350, Java 42, Bentley Imperial 400, Honda H'ness 350. New Generation Classic 350 Now Gets New LED Lighting Setup The new generation Classic 350 is now available in Dark Green, Jodhpur Blue, Madras Red, Medallion Brown, Commando Sand and Black with Contrast Chrome and Black color options. Apart from this, the major update features a new lighting setup, with LED units for both the headlights and tail lamps. The current model comes with a halogen unit. The motorcycle has a new instrument console, USB charging port and other features. Like other models, Royal Enfield's new Classic 350 will come with all the accessories and customization options. Royal Enfield Classic 350: Engine and Hardware Royal Enfield has provided the updated Classic 350 with a 349cc J-series single-cylinder air-cooled engine, which generates 20 hp of power at 6100rpm and 27Nm of peak torque at 4000rpm. The engine is tuned to a 5-speed gearbox for transmission. This engine setup is also found in Royal Enfield's Bullet 350 and Hunter 350. Royal Enfield Classic 350: Hardware This motorcycle rides on 19-inch front and 18-inch rear spoke wheels. Alloy wheels are also available in some of its variants. For a comfortable ride, the motorcycle features a 41mm telescopic fork at the front and a 6-step preload adjustable twin shock absorber unit at the rear. Talking about the braking system, the mid and top variants of the bike get 300mm front and 270mm rear disc brakes with dual-channel ABS. The base variant gets drum brakes at the rear with single-channel ABS.
