Mahindra has launched a new Boss edition of its most popular and best selling Scorpio SUV. The company has made this edition of the Scorpio Classic. Talking about the exterior part of the Scorpio Classic Boss Edition, it gets dark chrome styling elements as well as black seat upholstery. It includes front bumper extender, dark chrome-finished grille with silver skid plate. It comes with dark chrome surrounds for the bonnet scoop, fog lamps and dark chrome accents on the door handles, headlights and taillights.
A dual-tone black theme will be available With this special limited edition Boss edition of the Scorpio Classic, you also get additional accessories like door visors, black-out rear bumper protector and carbon-fibre-finished ORVM (Outside Rear View Mirror). Talking about the interior, it features the same dual-tone black and beige dashboard theme as the current Mahindra Scorpio Classic, but comes with all-black seat upholstery. Before Mahindra, many companies have launched special editions of their cars with the festive season in mind.
No engine changes Like the current model, the Boss Edition of the Mahindra Scorpio Classic is powered by a 2.2-litre diesel engine, which generates 132 PS of power and 300 Nm of torque. It comes with a 6-speed manual gearbox. That is, no mechanical changes have been made to it. Talking about its features, it has features like 9-inch touchscreen, automatic AC and cruise control. For safety, it includes features like dual front airbags and rear parking sensors. It also has a rear parking camera.
Pricing has not been announced Now talking about the Boss Edition of the Mahindra Scorpio Classic, the company has not shared its pricing information. The Mahindra Scorpio Classic SUV is available in two variants. The base Classic S is priced at Rs 13.62 lakh ex-showroom and the Scorpio Classic S-11 is priced at Rs 17.42 lakh. In such a case, its price will be slightly higher. Boss Edition can be a good option for you this Diwali. The company will also announce its prices soon.
