Two-wheeler maker Kawasaki India has launched its first road-legal dual-sport motorcycle in the Indian market, the KLX230. The bike is equipped with features like disc brakes with switchable ABS and an all LED lighting setup. The motorcycle has been launched with a single variant and two color options. Which includes lime green and battle gray colors.
Its ex-showroom price has been kept at Rs 3.3 lakh. Bike booking has started. Now officially available for sale in India. It will be delivered early next year. It will compete against Hero XPulse 200 4V and Royal Enfield Himalayan in India.
What's New in Kawasaki KLX 230? The KLX230 has a powerful yet slim design reminiscent of the KLX series. It features hexagonal headlights, slim single-piece seats, beak-like fenders and a 7.6-litre fuel tank. Apart from this, the bike includes monotone LED with Bluetooth connectivity and an optional lower seat.
The most powerful sports bike in the 400cc segment Apart from this, Kawasaki Ninja ZX-4R will also be launched in 2025. It has a 399cc liquid-cooled, inline-four-cylinder engine, which generates 77hp of power at 14,500rpm and 39Nm of torque at 13,000rpm. The engine is tuned with a 6-speed gearbox and a slipper clutch. The bike with this engine is the most powerful bike in the 400cc segment in India.
