Japanese automobile manufacturer Honda Cars has made the Honda Elevate available for sale in the SUV segment in the Indian market. According to media reports, the company may also launch a black edition of this SUV in the market. According to reports, the new edition of the SUV has been leaked.

What information was found? In media reports, the SUV has been spotted in black colour. A new badge appears below the elevator at the rear. After this, it is being speculated that the company may also bring its black edition to the market. However, no other changes have been seen in the exterior design of the SUV. But its alloy wheels and paint scheme have been kept completely black. Apart from this, black cladding will also be provided in the exterior of the SUV.
How powerful will the engine be? The engine of the SUV is expected to have very little change. It will use the same 1.5 liter capacity engine that is normally offered with it. The 1.5 liter engine provided in it gives the SUV a power of 121 PS and a torque of 145 Newton meters. It also has the option of manual and CVT transmission.
How much can it cost? The regular ex-showroom price of the Honda Elevate starts at Rs 11.69 lakh and the top variant has an ex-showroom price of Rs 16.43 lakh. If its black edition is introduced, the prices may see a slight increase.
When will it be launched? No official information has been given by the company regarding this yet. But if the black edition of the SUV is launched in India, it could be brought to Bharat Mobility 2025, which will be held between January 17 and 22.
Competing with whom? If the black edition of the Honda Elevate is launched in the market, it will compete with the Hyundai Creta Night Edition, MG Hector Black Edition.
