Bajaj Auto has launched a special edition of its popular electric scooter Chetak Blue 3202 in the Indian market. The company claims that the electric scooter can run 137 km on a full charge. It is priced at Rs 1.15 lakh (ex-showroom Bengaluru, including EMPS-2024 scheme). As with other variants, the package will cost extra. The price of the new Chetak Blue 3202 is Rs. 8000 is lower and equal to the premium trim. The company has already started its booking on the official website. You can book it by paying a token amount of Rs 2000. It will compete with Ather Rizta Ola S1 Pro and TVS i-Cube. You can also buy it from the e-commerce platform Amazon. Bajaj Chetak Blue 3202: Design and Color Options The 3202 edition of the electric scooter has been introduced with 4 color options. These include Brooklyn Black, Cyber White, Indigo Metallic and Matte Course Grey. The company has not made any changes in the design of the electric scooter. As before, it comes with a steel body. It gets long seat, body colored rear view mirror, satin black grab rail and headlamp casing with matching pillion footrest casting and charcoal black finish. The electric scooter comes with disc brakes, alloy wheels, LED lighting with LED DRL's, telescopic front suspension, IP67 waterproofing. Like the Urban variant, the Bajaj Chetak 2901 has rear link suspension at the front and monoshock suspension at the rear. Drum brakes are installed on both sides for braking. Features like hill-hold control and follow me home lights will be available Talking about the features, app connectivity option, OTA updates and USB charging port are included in the EV. Opting for the Tacpack package adds Sport and Crawl modes with hill-hold assist and roll-over detection. Apart from this, functions like turn-by-turn navigation, music control, color TFT display with call alert and customizable themes, follow me home light reverse function and eco-riding mode with smart key will be available as standard. A range of 137km on a full charge and a top speed of 73kmph Chetak Blue 3202 Special Edition gets the same 3.2kWh battery pack as the premium variant, but thanks to a new technology cell in its battery, the range on a full charge has increased from 126km to 137km. It takes 5 hours 30 minutes to charge. This is more than the 127 km range of the current premium model. The top speed of this electric scooter is 73kmph.
