There is a book by American writer Sherrill Strad – 'The Wild: From Lost to Found on the Pacific Crest Trail.' The book remained on the New York Times bestseller list for a long time. The book is the story of a 26-year-old girl's solo journey on the Pacific Crest Trail. One day the girl leaves with a bag on her back. She walks alone for months on a high mountain route of about 250 kilometers. He has no traveling experience. There is no help or support with it.
