Learn From Lord Krishna The Art Of Relationships: Be it love, friendship or leadership roles, following the path of Lord Krishna will lead to success.

Today is Shri Krishna Janmashtami. It is said that Lord Shri Krishna was born on this day. Lord Krishna's personality has many dimensions. Their entire life journey and their relationships teach us many important life lessons. From their relationship we learn about the importance of love, trust, cooperation, guidance and forgiveness. Lord Sri Krishna appears as a selfless Karma Yogi, who played various roles in relationships in his life and taught important life lessons. Today in the relationship column we will learn some such lessons of relationship with Lord Krishna. Relationships are of utmost importance in Sri Krishna's life. Lord Krishna's life teaches us how to maintain relationships. His entire life also seems to revolve around relationships. He never forsook those whom he believed to be his own. According to the Mahabharata, he met Arjuna in his youth. But his relationship with Arjuna always remained the same. Be it Sudama or Uddhav or Draupadi, once Lord Krishna accepted someone as His own, He stayed with him for life and won many battles for the relationship. This is Lord Krishna's message that relationships are the greatest wealth of a worldly person. If one does not have the knowledge of relationships, that person is unnecessary to the world. So, live your relationship with your heart, not your mind. The pairing of Radha and Sri Krishna is a unique example of love. The love story of Radha and Shri Krishna is a unique example in itself, which teaches us the definition of true love. Radha was older than Sri Krishna and her marriage to another person is mentioned, but still their love remained undying. Lord Krishna had more than 16 thousand wives, but his love with Radha was different. Their love had no restrictions, no jealousy, no expectations. It was pure love. There was no expectation from anyone. No one questioned their love, but it became an example that teaches us what true love is. The love story of Radha and Shri Krishna teaches us that true love is without any strings attached, without any jealousy and without any expectations. It is a love that expects nothing from anyone and hurts no one. There should be a sense of equality in friendship, there should be no distinction between high and low. The story of friendship between Sri Krishna and Sudama is also a unique example, which teaches us the meaning of true friendship. The two were childhood friends and studied together at Maharishi Sandipani's ashram. Later they went their separate ways and got busy with their own lives. Sri Krishna became the king of Dwarka while Sudama was living in extreme poverty. One day Sudama reached Dwarka to meet his dear friend Sri Krishna. Shri Krishna himself welcomed Sudama and removed all difficulties from his friend's life. Thinking about others is important in Sri Krishna's leadership From the life of Sri Krishna we learn that to be a true leader we should give others a chance to advance instead of thinking about ourselves. Shri Krishna never in his life took away anyone's rights nor made himself supreme. He always valued others and helped them by staying behind. Even in the Mahabharata war, Krishna helped the Pandavas with his strategy and advice, but he never took credit for the victory. This shows his true leadership ability. So, we should learn from Sri Krishna's life that to be a true leader, instead of thinking about ourselves, we should give others a chance to step up and help them. Ability to change with time The various activities and forms of Lord Krishna show us His diversity and omnipotence. He engages in love affairs with the gopis, participates in sports with fellow cowherds, becomes a preacher of Gita knowledge in the battle of Kurukshetra, becomes a hero to kill the sinner Kamsa, leaves the battle in Dwarka to save the Yaduvamsa, becomes a hermit and is always his for mother Yashoda. Beloved butter thief Lalla lives. This diversity of Sri Krishna teaches us that we have to adapt different forms to different situations in life. We have to change ourselves according to circumstances and develop our qualities. Krishna's activities teach us that in life we have to embrace diversity and develop ourselves. Shrikrishna was knowledgeable about everything. If one thinks that yes, I will learn big management and only do big work, then he can lag behind in management. Yogiraj Shrikrishna, the giver of knowledge of the Gita, was also knowledgeable about small daily matters. According to Bhagavata Purana, Shri Krishna was the knower of 64 Gunas. These qualities include combing the hair, spreading the sheets, playing children's games, solving puzzles, dancing and singing, cooking, gambling, sewing clothes, making jewelry, trickery, etc. Now you may understand why Lord Krishna is called Poornavatara. Always seeking the new, loving the old, this is the knowledge of Shri Krishna. Shri Krishna is perfect in himself. He has no ideals, his 16 arts and 64 virtues teach us to behave according to the times. This Gita is the essence of knowledge and the philosophy of Selfless Karma Yoga. If they are with the gopis, they are in love, if they are with fellow cowherds, they are playing, if they are in the battlefield of Kurukshetra, a preacher of the knowledge of the Gita, then they are brave. A warrior to kill the wicked Kamsa, then they are like Ranchod and mother Yashoda, who left the war to go to Dwarka to save the Yadu dynasty. Whenever and wherever needed… Sri Krishna did the same. This is the basic mantra of their successful management.
