Answer- According to a study published in the Journal of Food Science, every 100 grams of fenugreek seeds contain 60% carbohydrates, 25% dietary fiber, 23 grams of protein, 6 grams of fat and 9 grams of water. Fenugreek is especially rich in potassium, phosphorus, magnesium and calcium.

Question- Who should not eat fenugreek? Answer- Dr. P.K. Srivastava states that pregnant women and children should not consume fenugreek without consulting a doctor.
