Actor Vikas Sethi dies of silent heart attack: Indigestion is also a sign of heart attack, know how the body asks for help

TV actor Vikas Sethi is a well-known name in Hindi serials. He has acted in popular serials like 'Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi' and 'Kasauti Zindagi Ki'. He died of a heart attack on Sunday at the age of just 48. He slept at night and did not wake up in the morning to find that he had died. Doctors said that he had a silent heart attack. That's why no one knew anything. His wife Janhvi has said in an interview that the actor was suffering from severe digestive problems before his death. The husband and wife had gone to Nashik to attend a family function, when they suddenly developed nausea and stomach pain. As soon as he reached home, he started vomiting and had diarrhoea. He did not want to go to the hospital as he was not feeling well, so the doctor was called at home. He was already dead when his wife went to wake him up around 6 am on Sunday. The doctor said that he died of a heart attack in his sleep at night. According to the American Heart Association, in one out of every five heart attacks, there are no obvious signs of an attack. Dr. Awadhesh Sharma says problems like indigestion, nausea and vomiting can have many causes, but are also related to heart attacks. Hence, ignoring these symptoms can sometimes prove costly. Silent heart attack also signals A silent heart attack does not mean there are no signs. What actually happens is that sometimes the symptoms are different from the usual symptoms like chest pain and fainting. If a person feels unwell, having trouble breathing, it is not normal.
