A good morning has a good day: Don't look at your mobile as soon as you open your eyes, start the day with a morning walk, yoga, meditation

If you are asked how your day starts, everyone will have a different answer. As some people would say they prefer to take a nap with the alarm off; One's eyes open only after bedtime; One can check the time and messages on the mobile or start watching the news or reel as soon as he holds the mobile. According to the International Data Corporation (IDC), 80% of people check their phone within 15 minutes of waking up, while 62% reach for their phone immediately after waking up. The research also found that people spend most of their time on the phone texting, email and checking social media. A good day starts with a good morning. A good morning starts with good habits. Good habits mean a disciplined lifestyle. It improves your mental and physical health. But there are very few people who start their day with good habits. So today in 'Relationship' column we will talk about how to start our day. Morning is the most important time of the day because you are freshest at this time. Whatever decisions you make or think about in the morning, they become fixed in your mind and you spend your whole day with those thoughts. American author Hal Elrod has written a book on this subject – 'The Morning Miracle'. In this book, he shares a number of good habits that, if incorporated into your morning routine, can change your life. This book teaches us how to wake up each day with more energy, motivation and focus to improve our lives. In today's busy life, people cannot pay attention to their life style. We make our morning time so busy that we can't do anything properly and create stress in our mind. Morning time is very busy especially for women. Most people cannot follow a specific routine after waking up in the morning. What you do after you wake up in the morning is very important. Morning habits help to make our day better and keep the body healthy for a long time. But due to laziness and lack of sleep we lose the golden time of morning. How to develop a morning habit Getting up early in the morning can be difficult, but it can be made easier. With some morning habits we can fill our whole day with happiness. So let's find out about some such habits that you can incorporate into your daily routine right after waking up in the morning. First of all keep away from mobiles when we wake up in the morning the first thing we look at is our mobiles. Whose messages have arrived in the mobile, to see who has written what? Who said good morning? This is wasting our morning time. Also, it is not at all good for our eyes. But if we stay away from mobile for some time, we can do our every work better. Drink warm water early in the morning If you drink warm water in the morning on an empty stomach, it is good for your health. It also keeps your digestion healthy. Include exercise in your morning routine Exercise and yoga keep our body healthy. And if you include it in your morning routine, it will be more beneficial for you. Apart from this you can also meditate. Meditation is very beneficial for our brain. After meditation, rub the palms of both your hands together and apply it gently on your face and eyes. It is beneficial for both your eyes and skin. Have positive thoughts in the morning Early in the morning we resolve in our mind that whatever we think today we will think only positive. If we don't get angry with someone, our whole day goes well. Stretching to remove body stiffness Our body feels stiff in the morning. Stretching should be done for 1 to 2 minutes after waking up in the morning to release the body from stiffness and make the muscles flexible. This relaxes the muscles and maintains proper blood circulation. Do not get out of bed suddenly if there is no health problem in the body. Sit for a while and then stand up. Don't go back to sleep after turning off the alarm. Often people set alarms in mobiles. Then they turn it off in the morning and go back to sleep. It makes the routine irregular. To avoid this it is better to use alarm clock instead of mobile. Keep your alarm clock away from the bed as you have to get out of bed to turn it off and thus open your eyes.
