33-year-old Reshma Begum, a resident of Hyderabad, was a single mother. Now there are only 2 children in her family.
A woman died after eating momos from a street vendor in Hyderabad. Police said on Wednesday that 33-year-old Reshma Begum, a resident of Banjara Hills area, and her two children ate momos from a momos stall in Khayratabad on October 25.
A few minutes later, all three started experiencing diarrhea-vomiting and abdominal pain. On October 27, Reshma died during treatment. Her children are still undergoing treatment. Reshma was a single mother. The age of his children is 12 years and 14 years.
According to an NDTV report, 20 other people also got food poisoning from the same momos stall. Police said that out of these 20 cases, complaints were registered in 15 cases on Tuesday.
The Health Department of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation and the police have detained two people running a momos stall after receiving a complaint from Reshma Begum's family. The police registered a case and said the vendors did not have a food safety license.

Police said- There was no cleanliness in the stall Police said that the investigation revealed that the flour used for making momos was kept in the refrigerator without any packing. He also did not maintain cleanliness.
The fridge door was also broken, due to which the temperature required to keep the flour fresh could not be maintained in the fridge.
Separate samples have been collected from the seller and sent to a lab for testing, police said. After the report, it will be known what was added to the momos that caused the food poisoning.
A 5-year-old child died after eating cake in Bengaluru
The child and his family ate cake on the night of October 6. The next morning, all three started having stomach pains.
On October 7, a 5-year-old child died after eating birthday cake in Bengaluru's Bhubaneswari Nagar area. The condition of his parents was also fragile.
The child's name was Patience. His father Balraj worked as a delivery boy in Swiggy Company. On October 6, a customer canceled the cake order, after which Balraj brought the cake to his home.
He celebrated son Dhiraj's birthday. The whole family cut the cake and ate it together. Then went to sleep after dinner. On October 7, all three started suffering from unbearable stomach pain.
They started screaming in pain. Hearing his screams, neighbors reached there and took him to the hospital, where the child died.
A girl died in Punjab on March 24 after eating cake.
Before Bengaluru, a case of a 10-year-old girl's death after eating cake came to light in Punjab's Patiala. On the girl's birthday on March 24, the family ordered a cake from Zomato.
After eating the cake, the condition of four other members of the family, including the girl child, deteriorated. Everyone was vomiting. The police registered a case against the bakery in this matter.
