Venture Amid War Tensions: 100 Telangana Laborers Go to Israel Amid War, Salary 1.50 Lakhs

More than 100 laborers from Telangana have arrived in Tel Aviv to work in the construction industry amid ongoing tensions between Israel and Iran as well as its neighboring countries. Most of them are going to Israel for masonry, carpentry and other construction jobs. These workers will get a salary of around 1.5 lakh per month along with free accommodation and food.

It is noteworthy that on October 1, Iran attacked Israel with 200 missiles, after which there is a situation of tension between the two countries. Although thousands of workers from India are being sent to work in Israel from October 3 to October 15, on the other hand, 900 workers from across the country have expressed their desire to go to Israel to work.

900 people ready to work in Israel Following Israel's request to send construction laborers from India there, the Center directed the National Skill Development Corporation to send skilled workers to meet Israel's demand. A Tomcom official said 900 workers have expressed interest in jobs in Israel.
