Union minister's ongoing speech sparks row between two ministers: Yogi Sarkar leaders clash on stage at inauguration of ITI college in Muzaffarnagar; Despite being explained, they did not believe, the video went viral

In Muzaffarnagar, two ministers of the UP government, Kapil Dev Aggarwal and Anil Kumar had a fight with each other. Both the ministers were seen arguing on stage. Some leaders even tried to convince both, but the arguments between the ministers continued.

The occasion was the inauguration of ITI College and Union Minister Jayant Chaudhary was giving a speech. After Babal, State Cabinet Minister Anil Kumar and Minister of State (Independent Charge) Kapil Dev Aggarwal got up from the sofa and sat a little away.

There was a continuous discussion between the two ministers on the stage.

Furious minister Anil Kumar turned his face away and started shaking his mobile phone.

After the discussion, Minister Anil Kumar got up and sat on the adjacent sofa.

A government ITI college was inaugurated

Inauguration of Government ITI College was held on Saturday at Sablai Kala village in Charthaval police station area. Rashtriya Lok Dal President and Union Minister for Education and Skill Development Jayant Singh was the chief guest. After the inaugural program, the round of speeches started on the stage. Meanwhile, some local leaders were also called for a speech on behalf of the operator.

After this, Anil Kumar, Minister of Science and Technology of the state, addressed from the stage. Anil Kumar finished his speech and returned to his chair. Thereafter, Kapil Dev Aggarwal, Minister of State (Independent Charge) for State Skill Development was called to address the Forum.

During Jayant Chaudhary's speech, the two ministers came face to face

After this Union Minister Jayant Chaudhary gave a speech. When Jayant Chaudhary was giving a speech, there was a quarrel between the two ministers sitting on the stage. A video of their mutual argument has also surfaced. Both the ministers are seen sitting side by side. It was clear to see that they were arguing.

During the discussion, both the ministers turned against each other.

Minister Anil Kumar got up angrily and went and sat down

Sometimes Anil Kumar would say something and sometimes Kapil Dev Aggarwal would be seen arguing. This went on for a long time. Meanwhile, the attention of all the leaders present on the stage was not on Jayant Chaudhary's speech but on the discussion between the two ministers. During the discussion, some leaders even tried to convince both the ministers, but they did not believe. Finally, Minister Anil Kumar stood up and sat at a distance.

It did not feel right to give a speech in front of Kapil Dev

Some feel that it was not appropriate for Cabinet Minister Anil Kumar in the state government to get a speech before Minister of State (Independent Charge) Kapil Dev Aggarwal against protocol. Perhaps it was on this issue that he sat on the stage and expressed his displeasure against the Minister of State Kapil Dev Agarwal.

Although no details are available on what was discussed between the two, what is certain is that Cabinet Minister Anil Kumar definitely appeared upset about the protocol of the speech on stage.

Kapil Dev Aggarwal became MLA thrice

Kapil Dev Aggarwal defeated Gaurav Swarup by 7,352 votes in the 2016 Muzaffarnagar by-election. In the 2017 assembly elections, he defeated Gaurav Swarup by 10,704 votes. In the Yogi Adityanath government's first Cabinet expansion in UP, he became the Minister for Skill Development and Vocational Education.

In the 2022 UP Assembly elections, he defeated Saurabh Swaroop of the SP-RLD alliance by a margin of 18,694 votes. He was reappointed as Minister of Skill Development and Vocational Education for the second time by Yogi Adityanath.

Anil Kumar Minister from RLD Quota

Anil Kumar hails from Taharpur village in Saharanpur. Currently he lives in Ankit Vihar Colony of the city. Anil Kumar became an MLA in Muzaffarnagar district in the year 2022 from Purkaji, a seat reserved for scheduled castes, on an RLD ticket.

He was in the SP at that time, but contested on the RLD banner. He had to face defeat in the 2017 elections. Earlier in 2012 elections, Anil Kumar became MLA from Purkaji seat on BSP ticket.
