A stampede broke out during the screening of Allu Arjun's film 'Pushpa 2' in Hyderabad. In which one person died. While, 3 people were injured.
Police said that Allu Arjun had come for the screening of the film at Sandhya Theater on Wednesday night. Fans gathered outside the theater at RTC X Road wanting to meet Allu Arjun.
Meanwhile, there was a sudden stampede. A lot of people fell on top of each other due to the jostling. Some people were also injured. The police resorted to mild lathicharge to bring the situation under control.
After the crowd calmed down, the police admitted the injured to the hospital. Doctor declared 1 dead. The deceased has not yet been identified. 3 people are under treatment in hospital.
Many videos of this incident have also surfaced. In which Allu Arjun's fans were seen in an unconscious state. The police tried to revive him.

When Sandhya reached the theater at the end of Allu's program, fans went wild to see her. According to reports, the number of security and police personnel deployed at the spot was not enough to handle the situation.
Rs. 500 crore budget, 200 minutes run time, in theaters from today
- Pushpa-2 has been made with a budget of Rs 500 crores. The film was released today i.e. 5th December. The censor certificate states that the runtime of the film is 3 hours 20 minutes and 38 seconds (200.38 minutes). The runtime of the first half of the movie Pushpa was 2 hours 59 minutes.
- The film has been released in Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Kannada, Bengali and Malayalam languages. This is the first pan India film to be released in Bengali as well. The film has been released in standard, 3D, IMAX, 4DX, D-BOX formats.
- The makers of Pushpa 2 have shot the climax separately. So that no spoiler related to the film is leaked. Of all the climax shots, the producers were not informed about which would be the final one on set. Apart from this, a no phone policy was also kept on the set.

The film was slated to release in 2022
Allu Arjun started shooting for Pushpa: The Rise (Part 1) in the year 2019. At this time director Sukumar announced that he will release the film in two parts. They wanted to release the first part in 2021 and the second part in 2022.
According to media reports, the shooting of the film had to be stopped midway due to a disagreement between Allu Arjun and director Sukumar. After being delayed for 2 years, the film was supposed to release on August 15, but it was postponed again.
'Pushpa' was the highest grossing film of 2021
Released in 2021, 'Pushpa: The Rise' was the highest grossing Indian film of the year. Including all versions, the film grossed Rs 313 crore in India and Rs 350 crore worldwide. It is ranked sixth in the list of highest grossing Telugu films.
