Shots fired at businessman on morning walk: Two bikers fire 5-6 rounds in early morning in Delhi, businessman dies before reaching hospital

A businessman was shot dead in Delhi's Shahdara on Saturday. Sunil Jain (52), a utensil dealer, was returning from a morning walk. Meanwhile, two bike-riding accused fired several rounds at him in Faras Bazar area. Police recovered 5-6 rounds of bullets from the spot.

After the murder, both the accused escaped from there. The pot dealer was rushed to hospital, where he died. Police have registered a case and started investigation. Preliminary inquiries of the family members did not reveal any enmity or death threats.

After the firing, people walking on the road informed the police at 8.36 am. Police investigated the scene and collected evidence.
