On November 4, Rajasthan's Udaipur POCSO-2 court has delivered its verdict in the case of rape of an 8-year-old girl and dismemberment of her body into 10 pieces. The court found the accused Kamlesh guilty and sentenced him to death. The convict's parents have been sentenced to 4 years each. Although the couple applied for bail, they were granted bail.
In this case, 8 days ago, the court convicted the main accused Kamlesh (age 21) and his parents on the charge of destroying evidence and aiding and abetting. In this case, the lawyer of the accused sought time from the court. On which the judge gave him time till November 4.
Coming out of the court, the accused said- I am innocent, I have done all this to save my parents. I have been pressured, I will appeal to the High Court. Took the punishment to save my parents.
The court convicted Kamlesh in this case. The accused took the girl home on the pretext of giving her chocolates. After this she was raped and brutally murdered. After that, 10 pieces of his body, including arms, legs and torso, were packed in sacks and thrown in ruins 200 meters away from the house. The girl used to call him brother. Rakshabandhan used to tie rakhi.

The body of the girl was found during the search The girl's father lodged a missing complaint at Mawli police station on 29 March 2023. The report said that the daughter came to school at 4 pm. She asked to change her dress and go to her uncle. Haven't returned since. Police started searching with the help of dog squad. On April 1, the victim's body was found lying in a mutilated sack. On the same day, the police arrested the accused.

She was raped by stuffing a cloth in her mouth Accused Kamlesh was alone in the house. His parents were not at home. He was sitting near the window watching a porn movie on his mobile phone. The girl was seen going to the field and called with the lure of chocolate. Called her inside his house and took her to the bathroom. When the girl started screaming due to Kamlesh's actions, he stuffed a cloth in her mouth. After being cruel to the child, he tried to wake her up, but the child remained limp. The accused understood that the girl had died.
Kamlesh stuffed the pieces of the innocent girl in a sack and threw them in the ruins.
The whole body including torso, arms and legs were cut into 10 pieces According to the charge sheet, the accused Kamlesh had cut the girl's body into 10 different parts including arms, legs and torso with a stone and a knife in the bathroom. The pieces were then packed into separate bags. The bag was hidden in the toilet. Kamlesh's parents came to know about the incident the next day on March 30. The three together made a plan to dispose of the dead body. Around 11 pm, Kamlesh went to throw a bag full of body parts in a ruined area 200 meters away from the house. Meanwhile, Kamlesh's father Ramsingh was standing outside the house and mother Kishan Kanwar was standing outside the ruins.
