PM Modi to go to Bhubaneswar today: Launch Subhadra Yojana amid crowd of 1 lakh women, all ministers instructed to be at Ahmedabad airport at 7.30 am

BJP has made all preparations for the grand celebration of Prime Minister's 74th birthday across the country. PM will leave Ahmedabad Airport for Bhubaneswar today (September 17) i.e. on his birthday at 8.40 am from Raj Bhavan to the airport. Then it will depart from Ahmedabad airport at 9 o'clock. However, all the ministers will also be present at the airport as early as 7.30 am.

Subhadra Yojana will start from Bhubaneswar

Modi will launch PM Subhadra Yojana in Bhubaneswar. Under this scheme, about one crore women between the ages of 21 and 60 will be given financial assistance of Rs 10,000 per year for 5 years. Each woman will get a total of Rs 50,000. An amount of Rs 10,000 will be given in two installments every year on the occasion of Raksha Bandhan and International Women's Day. It is being said that PM Modi will launch Subhadra Yojana in the crowd of around 1 lakh women. It is worth mentioning here that after the victory in Odisha, the BJP government is providing financial help for the empowerment of poor women of the society through Subhadra Yojana.

Will lay the foundation stone of railway projects

The Prime Minister will lay the foundation stone of railway projects worth over Rs 2800 crore in Bhubaneswar and dedicate it to the country. These railway projects will enhance railway infrastructure in Odisha and improve growth and connectivity in the region. He will also lay the foundation stone of the national highway project worth over Rs 1000 crore.

Homecoming celebrations will be held for 26 lakh beneficiaries

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​The Prime Minister will announce the first installment of assistance to around 10 lakh beneficiaries under PMAY-G in around 14 states. During this event, housewarming will be celebrated for 26 lakh beneficiaries of PMAY (rural and urban) from across the country. The Prime Minister will hand over the house keys to the PMAY (Rural and Urban) beneficiaries. They will also launch the Awaas+ 2024 app to survey additional households for PMAY-G. Additionally, the Prime Minister will also launch the operational guidelines of the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana – Urban (PMAY-U) 2.0.

Nutrition drive and blood donation programs will be held across the state

Yesterday, the Prime Minister inaugurated the Renewable Energy Summit in Gandhinagar

Yesterday, September 16, was PM Modi's second day in Gujarat. On the second day of this tour, Modi spoke to the beneficiaries of the PM Surya Ghar Yojana living in Shalin-2 society of Wawol, Gandhinagar at 9.30 am. He then inaugurated the Renewable Energy Summit at Mahatma Mandir at 10.20 am. The metro train from Gandhinagar to Ahmedabad was given the green light from Sector 1 station of Gandhinagar at 2 pm. PM Modi traveled by metro from Sector-1 station to Gift City. Governor Acharya Devvrat and Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel also joined them and Modi interacted with the children.

Modi visited Shalin-II Society in Wawol

PM Modi visited the homes of Surya Ghar Yojana beneficiaries from Raj Bhavan before attending the Renewable Energy Meet and Expo held at Mahatma Mandir in Gandhinagar. He visited the bungalow number 53 of Shalin-2 society in Vawol, Gandhinagar and saw the solar panel on the roof. Also spoke to bungalow owner Jaksi Suthar and his wife. The people of the surrounding society went to the roof to see the Prime Minister. Also raised slogans of Jayashree Ram.

After the summit in Gandhinagar, a grand felicitation ceremony was held at GMDC ground in Ahmedabad at 4 pm. Meanwhile, PM Modi reached the main stage in an open jeep to the applause of the people. In this program, he inaugurated development works worth more than 8000 crores. Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel and Central Jalshakti CR Patil also joined the programme. Narendra Modi addressed the meeting for about 35 minutes, in which he said that this is Sardar Patel's son of the earth, mock him as much as he wants, I have decided that I will not say a word. After digesting all the insults, in 100 days he started making the policy of national interest. After completing the program, PM reached Raj Bhavan.
