Congress promises ₹4000 unemployment allowance to farmers, ₹3500 to youth; Article 370 is not mentioned
As for Jammu and Kashmir, the Congress in its manifesto has spoken of restoring statehood to Jammu and Kashmir. There is no mention of Article 370 in the entire manifesto. The party has announced additional financial assistance of Rs 4,000 per year to landless farmers and unemployment allowance of Rs 3,500 per month to unemployed youth for one year.
