A one-month-old baby's body was found in a courier box at Lucknow airport on Tuesday morning. Information about which was found during the scanning of the cargo. The body was packed in a plastic box. Inside was full of liquid.
According to the police, the parcel was being sent to Navi Mumbai. This parcel was booked by Chandan Yadav from Hazratganj-based Indira IVF Hospital. Police are yet to find the reason why the body of the newborn was couriered.
Courier agent Shiv Baran has been caught by the CISF and handed over to the police. His inquiry is on. The parcel was being sent from Lucknow to Mumbai by Indigo flight 6E 2238.
