The Information and Broadcasting Ministry will publish new guidelines regarding films and serials shown on over-the-top (OTT) platforms. It will provide guidelines for alternately showing nudity, profanity and period scenes. The objectionable view will no longer be clearly shown but dimly. In the same way, you have to change the beeps or words instead of slang or obscene words.

Alternative words will be substituted for the objectionable words The words will change if the interval view is mandatory in the dialog. Options for depicting intimate relationship scenes with caricatures or blurry animations are also believed to be forming part of the guidelines.
