The central government has approved the use of anti-drone medium machine guns in Manipur for the first time. The decision has been taken following two drone attacks in the state between September 1-3. Terrorists carried out a drone attack in Sejam Chirang village of Manipur's Imphal district on the evening of September 3. In which 3 people including a woman were injured.
