Two bullets hit Siddiqui in the stomach and one in the chest. He was immediately admitted to Lilavati Hospital, where he was declared brought dead at 11.27 pm. The Lawrence gang claimed responsibility for the attack.

April 14: Firing at Salman's apartment The firing took place at Galaxy Apartments, Salman Khan's Bandra home. The Lawrence Group claimed responsibility for the attack. Two months after the incident, Salman gave a statement to the Mumbai Police. He said, 'I am tired of being targeted by different people time and time again. Many times threats have been received before, fines have also been imposed. I have been caught in many cases.

How many times has Salman been threatened before?

  • January 2024: Two unidentified people tried to enter Salman Khan's farm house by breaking the fencing wire. After being caught by the police, both of them declared themselves as fans of Salman. A fake Aadhaar card was recovered from him. Due to this, an FIR was also registered against both of them.
  • April 2023: A 16-year-old minor called the Mumbai police and threatened to kill him. The police detained him. He told the Mumbai police that his name was Rocky Bhai. He said that he is a resident of Jodhpur and will kill Salman on 30 April 2023.

The reason for Lawrence's enmity with Salman

  • Salman is accused of hunting black deer in the forests of Rajasthan during the shooting of the film 'Hum Saath Saath Hai' in 1998. Apart from Salman, Saif Ali Khan, Sonali Bendre, Tabu and Neelam Kothari were also accused.
  • Then the Bishnoi community also filed a complaint against Salman. For this, the Jodhpur court also sentenced Salman to five years in jail, although he later got bail in the case. This is why gangster Lawrence wants to kill Salman Khan. He has also given this threat during court appearance.
  • Delhi and Mumbai police have arrested many of Lawrence's associates for planning to fire at Salman Khan's house. But still Lawrence is employing his gangster henchmen after Salman Khan. Just a few days ago, there was firing at Salman Khan's house in Mumbai.

Lawrence does not take bail, runs gangs from prisons, funds through hawala The Lawrence gang also has shooters who are involved in some crime together, but don't know each other. These people meet at a special place through someone. Then we complete the target. Even if one shooter is caught, he can't say much about the other. Lawrence, Goldie Brar, Jaggu Bhagwanpuria and Darman Singh aka Darmanjot Kahlwan plan to fund the crime.

Initially this gang was active only in Punjab. After this she became active in Rajasthan with the help of gangster Anandpal. Gradually it started growing in other states of North India.

Currently, Lawrence is safely in prison running the gang. This is the reason why he does not want to come out of jail. He has not even applied for bail. India sends ransom money to Canada, USA, Dubai, Thailand and Australia. This money is given to family and gang members present there.

Lawrence developed the network while in prison According to the NIA report, Lawrence has been convicted in 4 cases so far. Their fight with enemy gangs continues. Had the gang dominated them, its members would have joined Lawrence. In this way the network chain continues to grow.

The NIA report said that Lawrence's network within the jail had strengthened. While in jail, he befriended another gangster. His friends then joined forces to strengthen the network outside the prison. Extortion and target killing started with the same network.

Lawrence Gang's Ways of Earning – Extortion, Drugs and Arms Regarding Lawrence's funding, senior journalist Alok Verma says, 'It is the biggest weapon of this gang. This gang earns crores of rupees from this. Now they are also involved in drugs business. They are also running a syndicate to supply drugs from Pakistan to Punjab and other states.

These people earn money by selling drugs brought from Pakistan, send that money to Pakistan and buy arms. These gangs use foreign and modern weapons that came to Punjab by way of Pakistan. We have seen this in the killing of Sidhu Moozwala. Foreign weapons were used in this.
