The commission says there should be a woman in the parlor for girls' make-up and dress-up. Apart from this, stores selling special clothes for women should also have women employees. Apart from this, coaching centers should be monitored through CCTV.
In fact, a meeting of the Women's Commission was held on October 28. In which this decision was taken. Now the commission has asked the DM and SP of all the districts to implement the order.

1. 99% of female trainers in gyms are male Babita Chauhan said – During the public hearing, incidents involving men are coming to light in gyms, beauty parlors and boutiques. 99% of women's trainers on Joom are men. Many such incidents happen there. Women or little girls suffer. Can't tell after coming home.
Recently, a similar incident took place in Kanpur, in which a gym trainer killed a woman. Such cases are also coming up in which it has even reached the point of divorce. Run a gym, but have female trainers for women. It will also provide employment to women.
2. The male tailor touches the bed to the women Male tailors touch women badly while measuring clothes. Women Commission is receiving such complaints. Only women should take measures to prevent such incidents. It will also help women.
3. Only girls should stay in beauty parlour It has become a fashion that only men do women's makeup in beauty parlour. Why can't girls do women's makeup? This field is for women only. Complaints are also being received in beauty parlors while preparing brides and dressing women in sarees. There should also be a lady in the parlor for girls' make-up and dress-up.
4. Parlor working boys should have police verification Cameras should be installed in the coaching center. There should be a separate toilet for girls. Boys working in gyms, boutiques and beauty parlors should undergo police verification so that the accused can be nabbed in case of any incident.
5. Women security personnel are required in school-buses All educational institutions in all districts should be verified. School-buses should also have a woman security guard or a woman teacher. Female dance teachers should be appointed in performing arts centres. Apart from this, CCTV should be arranged there.
