Before taking an Air India flight to Delhi, Lalu Prasad said at the Patna airport, 'Narendra Modi's defeat in the Jammu and Kashmir and Haryana elections is certain.' Meanwhile, MP Misa Bharti said, 'Indian coalition government is going to be formed in Haryana and Jammu-Kashmir.'

Regarding this, Deputy Chief Minister of Bihar Samrat Chaudhary said that, 'Lalu Yadavji is a symbol of corruption. How do they know all this? They should work without fear of jail. The court will decide what sin he has committed.

The court said that the involvement of Tej Pratap was not denied

During the hearing, the court said, 'Tej Pratap Yadav's involvement cannot be ruled out. He was also a director of AK Infosystems Private Limited.'

ED claims- Lalu mastermind of land for job scam

ED has claimed that former Railway Minister Lalu Prasad is the main conspirator in the Land for Job case. The ED made this claim in its supplementary chargesheet filed on September 26.

In the chargesheet, the agency said that the then railway minister Lalu Prasad and his family had taken pieces of land from people as bribes in the name of giving them jobs in the railways. It is alleged that the family of Lalu Prasad Yadav is in possession of the land acquired by crime.

Not only this, Lalu Prasad hatched the scam in such a way that his family is in possession of the land acquired by crime, but the land is not directly related to him and his family.

To siphon off the proceeds of crime, several entities (shell companies) were opened and land was registered in their names. The Rouse Avenue court had recently issued summons to Lalu Prasad, Tejashwi and Tej Pratap in the case.

According to ED, during the investigation into the conspiracy, it has come to light that Lalu Prasad Yadav himself was planning to take land as a bribe in the name of railway job, with his family and close friend Amit Katyal supporting him in this.

There are many pieces of land which are located right next to the land of Lalu Prasad Yadav's family and which were bought at a huge price.

Identified the land through businessman Bhola Yadav

Lalu's family and their associated companies have about 7 plots of land. These lands are situated in Mahua Bagh of Patna. Out of these 4 lands are indirectly connected with Rabri Devi. ED said that Lalu has an old connection with Mahua Bagh village.

Lalu identified the land through OSD Bhola Yadav for commercial gain. The land was bought at a cheap price in the name of providing employment to the family of the land owner in the railways.

These lands have been transferred in the names of Lalu, his family, AK Infosystems, Hridayanand Chaudhary and Lalan Chaudhary.

AK Infosystems Pvt. Ltd. All the shares were transferred in the name of Rabi-Tejashwi

In the chargesheet, the ED said that after acquiring the land, AK Infosystems transferred 85% shares to Rabdi Devi and 15% shares to Tejashwi Yadav on June 13, 2014.

This made him the owner of the land of M/s AK Infosystems Pvt. Lalu Prasad Yadav's family took possession of the property worth Rs 1.89 crore by paying a price of Rs 1 lakh.

Interrogated Lalu-Tejashwi in January 2024

Lalu and Tejaswi were interrogated for over 10 hours on 20 January 2024 by ED's Delhi and Patna team officials in the Land for Jobs case.

According to ED sources, more than 50 questions were asked to Lalu Prasad. He mostly answered yes or no. Lalu also went to Jhala several times during the interrogation. At the same time, Tejashwi was interrogated for about 10-11 hours on January 30.
