An IPS officer's daughter died in Lucknow on Saturday night. It is Dr. Ram Manohar was a third year LLB student at Lohia Law University. Anika Rastogi, 21, was found unconscious on the floor of her room in the girls' hostel of the university, police said. After this, he was taken by ambulance to Apollo Medics Hospital, where doctors declared him brought dead. The deceased student's father is IPS Santosh Rastogi. He is currently an IG rank officer in the NIA and is posted on the post of Chief Vigilance Officer. Parents live in Noida and have reached Lucknow. The door of the room was not opened after the meal. According to the police, Anika's room was on the first floor of the hostel. She lived in room number 124 with her roommate Oshi. An online client counseling class was going on in the library on Saturday. Anika stayed here all day. After leaving here, she went straight to the mess to eat. After having dinner, she went to her room in the hostel around 9.30. When her roommate arrived around 10 p.m., the door was not open. Meanwhile, the warden also reached the spot. When the door was pushed open, Anika was lying on the ground. Postmortem report is awaited Anika's body has been sent for postmortem on Sunday. The hostel room has been sealed. A police officer said that Anika has a medical problem. First heart operation at age 8. So far three heart operations have been done. The viscera have been preserved after post-mortem.
