Last Hamas Leader Killed Sinwar!: Israel Investigates, Will DNA Test For Identification, Attacked In Routine Operation

This picture of Sinwar's death has gone viral on social media.

Hamas chief Yahya Sinwar has been killed by Israel. Israel's media Channel 12 quoted senior army officials as saying Sinwar was killed.

Three Hamas members were killed in an Israeli strike in central Gaza on Wednesday. One of them is reported to be Yahya Sinwar.

Israel's military also said in a statement that it had received information about three Hamas fighters in a building. After this, an air strike was carried out on it in a routine operation.

Looking at the bodies of those killed, one of them was that of Yahya Sinwar. A DNA test is being conducted to investigate his death. Photos of Sinwar's dead body have also gone viral on social media.

Even before this, Israel had made several attempts to kill Sinwar. However, he faced failure. Claims were made about his death earlier. Sinwar's death was also claimed on September 23.

People on social media are comparing the body's teeth and his watch to claim that the murdered man is Sinwar.

Only Sinwar remained in the top leadership of Hamas There were three important characters in the attack on Israel on October 7 last year. They include political chief Ismail Haniyeh, military chief Mohammed Daif, as well as Hamas leader in Gaza Yahya Sinwar. Sinwar became the new head of the organization after Haniyeh's death in Iran on July 31.

Meanwhile, Hamas military chief Mohammed Daif was killed in an airstrike on 13 July, confirmed on 1 August. In such a situation, only Sinwar was left in the top leadership of Hamas. Therefore, Israel's entire focus was on finding Sinwar and killing him.

Born in a refugee camp, Sinwar spent 22 years in prison The full name of the new Hamas chief is Yahya Ibrahim Hassan Sinwar. He was born in the Khan Yunis refugee camp in the southern part of the Gaza Strip. Yahya's parents were from Ashkelon. Yahya's parents also became refugees in 1948 when Israel was established and thousands of Palestinians were expelled from their ancestral homes.

Sinwar was arrested in 1989 for the kidnapping and murder of two Israeli soldiers and four Palestinians. Yahya was 19 years old at that time. The case went on. He was later sentenced to four life terms.

However, Sinwar was also freed in 2011 in exchange for Israeli soldier Gilad Shalit during the exchange of more than 1,000 prisoners. By then, Sinwar had spent almost 22 years in prison.

Khan Yunis' butcher is called Sinwar Sinwar is known for brutal murders. According to a BBC report, Sinwar buried a man suspected of spying for Israel alive at the hands of his brother.

Surprisingly, the burial was not done with a shovel but with a spoon. Because of such cruelty, Sinwar is also called the Butcher of Khan Yunis. Even people close to Sinwar are afraid of him. It is said that if you are avoiding Sinwar, you are risking your life.

In 2015, Sinwar tortured and killed Hamas commander Mahmoud Ishtiwi. Ishtivi was accused of homosexuality and embezzlement of money. Sinwar is an expert in controlling people. However, he is not considered a very good speaker.

He was declared 'dead' in 2014, but it was proved to be a rumor shortly after. In 2015, America declared Yahya a terrorist. Sinwar is considered to be close to Iran.
