The Supreme Court will hear the petition filed to stop the bulldozer justice on Monday. This petition has been filed by Jamiat-Ulema-e-Hind. In which it has been alleged that Muslims are being targeted in BJP-ruled states. Jamiat has made the governments of Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan a party along with the central government. The petition is listed in the bench of Justice BR Gavai. The petition also alleged that the governments did not give the victims an opportunity to defend themselves. Instead, victims were bulldozed over their houses as punishment without waiting for legal proceedings.
