Hanged upside down on a tree with hands and feet tied, VIDEO: Cruelty like Taliban, Shaved if not made fodder for buffaloes

A video has surfaced in Jhansi on Friday. In which a young man's hands and feet are tied and he is being forcibly shaved. People standing around are laughing. The aggrieved youth refused to make buffalo fodder and throw dung. Enraged by this, the goons kidnapped him.

They tied his hands and feet, hung him on a tree and tortured him. Not only that, after shaving he was taken out in a procession in the village. This incident happened two days ago. Police have registered a case against 4 accused and started investigation.

Dabango picked him up from the field and took him to his village

The accused made a video of himself shaving and uploaded it on social media.

The victim's name is Baba Kabutra (45). He is a resident of Padari village in Sipari Bazar Police Station area. Baba said “Some powerful people of Takori village say don't stay in Padari village, stay in our house and prepare fodder for cows and buffaloes and collect dung. I did not prepare for this job. So he got angry.

On Wednesday, I was working as a laborer to crack peanuts. Then Tacori's Vijay, Nakul, Shatrughan and Kalu came to the field. They dragged me to the road and then took me to Takori village in a car. Struggled there.”

Hung upside down on a tree, then filled his mouth with water Baba continued, “The accused tied my hands and feet with a rope and hung me upside down from a tree. After this they started to torture. My mouth watered forcefully. As the water came out of my nose, I began to choke. I kept begging for mercy, but they kept laughing and torturing me.
