Daljit Singh Cheema demanded the resignation of Bhagwant Mann
Akali leader Dr. Daljit Singh Cheema said- Sukhbir Badal was serving like a servant on the orders of Shri Akal Takht Sahib. Meanwhile, a person tried to shoot at him. But I thank the true king that he laid his hand on the head of his servant and he was saved. We condemn this incident on behalf of the party.
Our party has sacrificed a lot in Punjab. Today I want to question the Chief Minister of Punjab that it is wrong to attack such a servant outside Darbar Sahib. CM Mann should resign from the post. The attacker was caught on the spot. I thank the security personnel for bravely saving the servant.

Badal government was punished in 5 cases
1. Withdrawal of complaint against Ram Rahim: In 2007, Dera Sacha Sauda chief Gurmeet Ram Rahim pretended to sprinkle amrita in Salabatpura, following the tradition of the 10th Guru of the Sikhs, Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji, dressed like him. A police case was registered against Ram Rahim on this, but instead of punishing him, the Badal government withdrew the case.
2. Dera Mukhi was pardoned by Sukhbir Badal And Shri Akal Takht Sahib took action and expelled Ram Rahim from the Sikh fold. Sukhbir used his influence to get Ram Rahim pardoned. After this the leadership of Akali Dal and Shiromani Samiti had to face the anger and resentment of the Sikhs. Finally Shri Akal Takht withdrew its decision to pardon Ram Rahim.
3. Incidences of abuse not properly investigated, During the tenure of the Badal government, on June 1, 2015, some people stole the beads of Sri Guru Granth Sahib from the Gurdwara Sahib of Burj Jawahar Singh Wala (Faridkot). Then on 12 October 2015, 110 volumes of Sri Guru Granth Sahib were stolen and thrown away from Gurdwara Sahib in Bargari (Faridkot). Because of this, a lot of anger spread in the Sikh community. The Akali Dal government and the then Home Minister Sukhbir Singh Badal did not investigate the matter in time. He had failed to punish the criminals. Due to which the situation in Punjab worsened.
4. Could not give justice to Sikhs who were killed in wrongful cases The Akali Dal government appointed Sumedh Saini as the DGP of Punjab. He was held guilty of killing Sikh youths in the state by staging fake police encounters. Former DGP Izhar Alam, who formed the Alam Sena, made his wife the Chief Parliamentary Secretary on a ticket.
5. For providing advertisements with association money Apart from Sukhbir Badal, those who supported his decision have also been sentenced. The ad was published after Dera Mukhi was given amnesty. In which approximately Rs. 90 lakhs was spent from SGPC funds.
