Chairs thrown in Ghaziabad district judge's court, police post burnt: Clashes during hearing; The police chased the lawyers with batons

A commotion broke out during the hearing in the district judge's court in Ghaziabad on Tuesday. There was a clash between Judge Anil Kumar and the lawyers. The lawyers were furious after this. Throwing chairs in the court room. The police created a ruckus by lathi-charging the lawyers. Enraged by this, the lawyers vandalized the police post of the court and set it on fire.

In fact, lawyer Nahar Singh Yadav asked the judge to transfer one person's bail plea to another court. An argument started between him and District Judge Anil Kumar on this matter. The dispute escalated to such an extent that the District Judge stepped down from the bench.

There was a heated argument between the judge and the lawyers. Meanwhile, the judge called the police and the PAC. The lawyers alleged that they were beaten up in the district judge court room with the doors closed from all sides. Many lawyers have also been injured in this.

This is the Kachari police post, where the lawyers opened fire.

The belongings inside the police post were burnt.

Abhishek Yadav said – I am a lawyer in the Supreme Court. In one case came to the district court. There was an argument between the lawyers and the judge about something. The judge got angry and got up on the platform to express his opinion. started shouting. Then the police also came there.

DCP Rajesh Kumar lathi-charged the lawyers. My friend fell to the ground. When I went to save myself, I was beaten with sticks from all sides. They beat me with sticks on my head, waist and legs. He said that I will confiscate the licenses of lawyers. I will throw you in jail.

Currently there is tension in the court. Police and PACs from several police stations have been deployed in the court.
