'BJP offered 100 crores': Karnataka Congress MLA said – wants to buy 50 MLAs to form government

Congress MLA in Karnataka Ravikumar Gowda has accused the BJP of trying to topple the Congress government in the state. He said on Sunday (August 25) that two days ago (August 23) I was offered Rs 100 crore by phone. BJP people wanted to buy 50 MLAs, but I refused. MLA from Mandya seat of Karnataka Ravikumar Gowda said that BJP is running Operation Lotus in the state. He accused BJP National Organization General Secretary BL Santosh, Union Minister Shobha Karandlaje, Union Minister Prahlad Joshi and Union Minister and former State Chief Minister HD Kumaraswamy of working to topple the government. Last year too, the MLA made a similar allegation Kejriwal accused the BJP of buying AAP MLAs In January 2024, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal accused the BJP of buying 7 AAP MLAs. Kejriwal posted on social media that a BJP leader has called 7 AAP MLAs and said that there is a plan to break the government after Kejriwal's arrest. For this, 7 MLAs have been offered 25 crore rupees each.
