AAP MLA Balyan arrested again after getting bail: Arrested in new case, got bail today in extortion-intimidation case

Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MLA Naresh Balyan was re-arrested by the Delhi Police on Wednesday after he got bail. He has been arrested in the Makoka case. Balyan, an MLA from Uttam Nagar assembly constituency, is being taken to the Crime Branch office from Rouse Avenue Court.

He got bail in the recovery case on Wednesday itself. In fact, on November 30, the Crime Branch arrested Naresh Balyan in the 2023 extortion case.

On the same day, BJP released an audio clip of Balyan. The BJP says Naresh is related to a gangster and runs an extortion gang. They transact money through hawala.

Balyan termed the audio as fake Balyan retweeted Amit's post on social media platform X. He said that the High Court had removed the fake news from all the channels considering this audio to be false. This is a matter of many years. An audio call of AAP MLA Naresh Balyan's close associate with gangsters has also now become public. Bhaskar does not confirm this audio.

BJP said- AAP complicity in Balyan case

BJP leader Gaurav Bhatia has demanded action against Naresh Balyan from CM Atishi.

Sachdeva and Bhatia questioned that if AAP does not take action against Naresh Balyan, it will be assumed that the party is also involved.
