The 3-day annual coordination meeting of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) in Palakkad, Kerala began at 9 am on Saturday (August 31). RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat, co-operative Dattatreya Hosbole and all co-operatives are present in this meeting. Apart from this, BJP national president JP Nadda and organization general secretary BL Santosh have also reached the meeting. The meeting was informed about the help provided by RSS in the landslide in Wayanad. According to media reports, the meeting may discuss the results of the Lok Sabha elections and the status of Hindus in Bangladesh. Apart from this, the rape-murder case of a trainee doctor in Bengal can also be discussed. RSS publicity chief Sunil Ambekar said that 320 representatives of 32 affiliated organizations of RSS have attended the meeting. The meeting, which will last till September 2, aims to create better coordination with affiliated organizations. RSS centenary year will also be discussed According to media reports, the ongoing preparations for RSS centenary year will also be discussed in this coordination meeting of RSS. RSS was founded in 1925. The RSS is planning to organize several programs on its 100th anniversary from September 2025 to September 2026. Apart from this, issues like environment protection, strengthening family relations will also be discussed in this meeting. Apart from this, the representatives of all the 32 associate organizations of the union will also report on the performance of their respective organizations. Advise to BJP at RSS's last coordination meeting – negligence will not work In the last meeting of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh, the RSS told the BJP that opposition parties need not fear the 'India' alliance, but negligence will not work.
