Yoga Tips: Practice these yoga asanas in case of varicose veins in feet or fingers, you will get relief soon.

However, there can be many reasons for varicose veins in legs or fingers. Because due to lack of water in the body the muscles become weak. Due to which the vein may get clogged.

Many times, muscle cramps occur due to deficiency of potassium and calcium in the body. Veins can become swollen due to lack of blood circulation. Let us tell you that vein engorgement is also called byta. To avoid this problem, you can massage your feet, so that blood circulation improves. Pawanmuktasana
Practicing Pawanmuktasana increases blood circulation and provides relief to the muscles. Lying on your back, bend one leg and place it on your chest. Then hold it with your hands and pull.
Ardha Matsyendrasana
Practicing Ardha Matsyendrasana reduces the stiffness of muscles and increases their flexibility. Due to this, the veins of legs and fingers do not get affected. To do this asana, sit on a flat place, then bend one leg and rotate it to the other side. Then hold with the opposite hand.
Trikonasana
Practicing Trikonasana strengthens the leg muscles and also improves blood circulation. To practice this, stand with both legs spread. Now make a triangle shape by moving one hand up and the other down.
