Viparita Karni Yoga
Viparita Karani Asana is very effective in improving fertility.
To do this asana, first lie down on your back.
Then stick both the hands to the body and leave the body light.
Now lift your legs upwards by keeping them close to the wall.
Then lift your hips up while supporting your waist with your hands.
After this, keeping the elbows on the ground, lift the lower part of the body upward.
During this, your back should be at about 45 degrees from the ground.
Now stay in this position for a while and breathe slowly.
After this, bring the feet back to the ground and doing this asana improves fertility.
By doing Viparita Karani Asana, the blood flow in the ovaries and uterus improves.
This asana also reduces stress in the lower part of the body.
bhujangasana
To do Bhujangasana, first lie down on your stomach.
Then place both palms on the floor and keep the palms shoulder-width apart.
Now, by applying pressure on the lower part of the body and the palms, lift the upper part of the body upwards.
After staying in this position for some time, return to the normal position.
Doing Bhujangasana relieves fatigue and provides many other health benefits.
This asana is beneficial in reducing belly fat.
By doing this asana, many problems related to fertility are eliminated and this asana also helps in conceiving.
