If you eat curd and yogurt for breakfast, they are rich in protein and vitamin B12. One should avoid consuming it in breakfast even by mistake. Because in Ayurveda it is prohibited to eat curd first thing in the morning. Its consumption produces mucus in the body.

When you are short on time, you may want to eat protein bars. But let us tell you that it should not be consumed. These protein bars do not contain enough protein and are high in sugar.
fruit juice
Consuming fruits is healthy but drinking fruit juice in the morning breakfast can increase the sugar level. Because they do not contain fiber. Instead of fruit juice, you can drink lemon water and cucumber juice.
