How to keep yourself fit during Navratri fast

Drink coconut water during the fast because many types of nutrients are found in it. At the same time, it also removes weakness. If you do not eat anything the whole day during the fast, then you can drink coconut water after worship in the morning. You must drink two coconut water throughout the day.

During fasting, it is not necessary that the fruit food should include only things made from buckwheat flour. If you want, you can also eat things made from sago, sama rice and rajgira.
