High in calories
If you are losing weight and your trainer advises you to eat brown bread, or other people consider brown bread to be healthy, then perhaps they do not know that brown bread is the most unhealthy and can also have a high calorie content. One brown bread can contain about 110 calories, while white bread contains 77 calories.
Brown bread is not healthy

According to a report, this is an element which causes low blood pressure, low wide blood cell count and the risk of fatal diseases like cancer.
Eat roti instead of bread
