Workout does not only mean sweating for hours in the gym, but you can also keep yourself fit by doing normal household chores. Sleep also plays an important role in our staying healthy. Because when we get enough sleep, our body and mind remain healthy. Also you feel fresh and energetic the whole day. By getting enough sleep, you are able to focus on work and your memory also remains healthy. Therefore, to get good and deep sleep, one should not use TV, phone etc. after going to bed.
