Health Tips: Curry leaf juice is beneficial in reducing body fat, know how to consume it

How to make curry leaf juice
To make curry leaf juice, first take a bowl of curry leaves. Now wash these leaves thoroughly and then put 2 glasses of water to boil. When the water starts boiling on high flame, add curry leaves to it and boil it till the water remains half. Then filter the water and mix one teaspoon of honey and lemon juice in it. If you want, you can also extract juice by grinding curry leaves and then add black salt and lemon to it and drink it.
Beneficial in weight loss
Let us tell you that curry leaves are a superfood which is rich in various nutrients and anti-oxidants. Curry leaves boost the body's metabolism and help in reducing the extra fat of the body. The elements present in curry leaves also help in keeping the digestive system healthy and reducing cholesterol. It cleanses the toxins from the body, thereby detoxifying the body.
Along with this, an alkaloid called mahanimbine is found in curry leaves, which has anti-obesity effects. In such a situation, consuming it burns calories and also reduces the extra fat deposited in the body. It contains many vitamins like vitamin B2, vitamin B1 and vitamin A, nutrients like iron, calcium and protein. It is rich in antioxidant, antidiabetic and anti-microbial properties. All the nutrients present in curry leaves are helpful in keeping the body healthy.
