Health Tips: By doing these facial exercises daily, dark circles will reduce, your face will glow like the moon.

Because of lack of blood in the body, lack of sleep, bad eating habits and using the phone late at night etc. All these habits gradually reduce the beauty of our skin. At the same time, dark circles can occur due to lack of blood.

Therefore, it is important that to maintain the beauty of the skin, you can do facial exercises along with a good diet. Facial exercise not only enhances the beauty of the face but also reduces the weakness of the face. Therefore, facial yoga and exercise are very effective in making the skin tight or reducing face fat. Although dark circles cannot be completely eliminated, they can definitely be reduced to a great extent.

eye massage
Massage gently under the eyes with your hands.
Use thumb or ring finger under eyes and massage in circular motion.
By doing this exercise, blood flow improves and dark circles reduce.

In this exercise you have to inflate your mouth by placing a finger on the lips.
This exercise must be done for at least 30 seconds.
This makes the skin tone and tight.
This exercise is considered very effective in reducing dark circles.
eye exercises
First of all, sit straight and now move your eyes left-right and up-down.
Repeat this process 10 times.
This strengthens the muscles around the eyes.
pressing exercise
To do this exercise, lightly press the skin under the eyes.
Then hold for 10 seconds and then release.
This process has to be done 5-10 times.
This improves the elasticity and blood circulation of your skin.
eye puffing
To do this exercise, close your eyes and raise your eyebrows as high as you can.
Now hold this pose for 5-10 seconds.
This removes fatigue around the eyes.
eye blinking exercise
During eye blinking exercise, blink your eyes quickly and then open them slowly.
This process has to be done 15 to 20 times. This reduces blood flow around your eyes.
Due to which dark circles occur.
limp drainage
Limp drainage is beneficial for skin health.
By doing this exercise the blood flow in the body increases.
This exercise reduces the problem of fine lines and wrinkles.
Besides, your skin texture also improves.
Let us tell you that this exercise is also helpful in reducing acne and break outs.
winking exercise
This exercise reduces the looseness of your skin.
It works to tone the muscles around the eyes.
To do this exercise, first sit in a comfortable position.
Now close the left eye and keep the right eye open.
Look at the ceiling with your open eyes for 5-10 seconds.
During this period, keep your breathing normal.
After relaxing the facial muscles, close the right eye again and keep the left eye open.
Repeat this process 10 times.
