Make these changes in lifestyle
Do not use the phone for at least one hour after waking up in the morning. After waking up in the morning, do pranayam that relaxes the body.
One should not consume tea or coffee etc. in the morning. Because it contains caffeine. Instead of tea and coffee, you can consume healthy fats or healthy juices etc.
Along with this, you should include healthy things in your breakfast. Don't skip breakfast. Because protein rich breakfast helps in maintaining hormonal balance and improving insulin sensitivity.
You can take juice of soaked nuts and amla or other things. This strengthens immunity and improves fertility.
One must do exercise daily. Also, definitely fix the time of sleeping and waking up.
If there is tension in your life regarding something, then you should try to manage your stress. Because increased stress hormones can make it difficult for you to conceive.
You should take at least 8 hours of sleep daily. Taking good and deep sleep improves your health and keeps your body healthy.
At the same time, you should not consume drinks or snacks etc. with high sugar content. This increases the blood sugar level and you may face difficulty in conceiving. In such a situation, to conceive quickly, you should include fruits and healthy nuts in your diet.
