Due to which the screen timing becomes very long and it directly affects our eyes. In such a situation, the eyes become weak and glasses are required. Therefore, to keep your eyes healthy, you can do some yogasanas in your daily routine. By doing these yogasanas, not only will you remain physically and mentally fit, but your eyesight will also remain intact.
Sarvangasana
To keep your eyes healthy, you can include Sarvangasana in your daily routine. Regularly practicing this yogasana increases blood circulation towards the head, which benefits the eyes and also relieves stress. Apart from this, there are many other benefits of doing Sarvangasana.

Bhramari Pranayam
To keep eyesight good, you can practice Bhramari Pranayama daily. Regularly practicing Bhramari Pranayama relieves anxiety and stress and helps in relaxing the mind. Doing this pranayama increases concentration and also benefits the heart. Doing this helps in getting rid of headaches, migraines and improves sleep patterns.
20-20-20 rule
If you also work on laptop or computer all day, then along with practicing yoga, you can follow the 20-20-20 rule to keep your eyes healthy. For this, after every 20 minutes, you have to stare at an object placed at a distance of 20 feet for 20 seconds. This will relax your eyes.
Apart from this, to relax the eyes and keep them healthy, you can do palming on the eyes in between work. For this, rub the palms together and when they become warm, place the palms over the eyes. Repeating this process 2-4 times provides a lot of relief.
