Egg is most beneficial for a healthy heart and weight control, how to consume it


You must have often heard that be it Sunday or Monday, eat eggs every day. Because eating eggs is beneficial for health. Eggs contain the highest amount of protein. Eggs are rich in protein

Vitamin A is very important to keep the body healthy. It is necessary for our eye health, metabolism and cell development. Apart from this, it is also necessary for our immune function and skin. Every person needs about 3000 IU of vitamin A daily. If you consume two boiled eggs daily, you will get sufficient amount of vitamin A.

Vitamin B12 helps in the formation of red blood cells in the body which carry oxygen to all parts of the body. Therefore, 2 micrograms of vitamin B12 is required daily. A person should have 1.3 milligrams of vitamin B2 every day.
Eggs contain folate, iron, and zinc
Iron, zinc and folate are also found in eggs. At least 400 micrograms of folate is required daily. Along with eggs, you can include other protein rich things in your diet. Eggs contain 1.2 milligrams of iron. Iron produces hemoglobin in the body. Along with this, 1.1 milligrams of zinc is found in eggs. Actually, zinc also improves immune function.
