But, a study by the British Heart Foundation has shown that exercising for just 5 minutes a day is extremely beneficial in reducing blood pressure. Not only this, this research has shown that regular, short exercise is more effective in reducing blood pressure than intense or difficult exercise.

Actually, according to a report by WebMD, this research has been done by scientists from London University and Sydney University. The purpose of this study was to see whether 5 minutes of exercise controls a person's blood pressure.
It is noteworthy that researchers kept an eye on 15,000 people in 24 hours. These results showed that those who included just an extra 5 minutes of exercise, such as cycling or climbing stairs, had better results. Due to which there was significant improvement in blood pressure level.
Not only this, this study also revealed that no matter the type of exercise, it has a positive effect on blood pressure. Short exercises are beneficial for people who have difficulty engaging in physical activity every day.
5 minutes of exercise will control blood pressure
According to scientists, just 5 minutes of exercise daily can manage blood pressure and also remove other related concerns. Research has further shown that there is no need to do rigorous exercise to control high blood pressure. Instead, incorporating small daily activities like cycling or climbing stairs can provide great benefits. But, these exercises will only be beneficial if you do them daily. Many studies have shown that the body requires constant physical activity to maintain normal blood pressure levels.
