'How to stay away from people's negative energy?'

What is the best way to deal with hypocritical people who seem nice on the surface but are actually cunning? No matter what you do or where you go, you always end up running into these types of people, whether at family gatherings, in wider circles of friends, at work or anywhere else.

This has become more common than I thought. Personally, I find it difficult to be friendly with such people because why invest your good energy into someone who doesn’t even deserve it? Sometimes it’s hard to avoid such people due to certain unavoidable reasons.

In such cases, what is the best way to stay away from their negative energy?

Other people’s behavior reflects how they feel about themselves.

I would suggest the best way to deal with this would be through self-awareness and creating boundaries.

If someone’s energy is draining you and you’re not feeling well, you need to know how much energy you should invest in that person. Be clear in your communication with that person and be mindful of the amount of information you give them. Limit your interaction with that person and do so only when necessary. Be responsible for your own emotions and don’t invest too much in them emotionally, and keep in mind that their behavior reflects how they feel and vice versa. Setting and maintaining boundaries will allow you to keep your mental health and well-being intact.

Additionally, I encourage you to interact and build relationships with people who bring you joy and have a positive attitude toward your health and well-being.

And most importantly, remember to take care of yourself. Engage in activities that nourish your mind and body. This will help you stay resilient to negative influences. Manage your stress: Techniques like deep breathing, exercise, and hobbies can help you manage stress effectively.

If it becomes too overwhelming, I would suggest seeking the support of a therapist or life coach who can provide you with emotional support and personalized strategies.
