After Bollywood actor Varun Dhawan and wife Natasha Dalal became parents, there is another happy atmosphere in the house. The celebrity couple has bought a superb luxury apartment in Mumbai's posh area of Juhu. The price of this luxury apartment is said to be Rs 44.52 crore. According to property registration documents, the apartment is on the seventh floor of an under-construction building. After the birth of daughter Lara, she made this big investment for her dream home.
This beautiful apartment is spread over a large carpet area of 5,112 sq.ft. This luxurious apartment also includes a four car parking space. It is being said that the price per square feet of this property is more than Rs 87,000. According to media reports, the registration of the property was completed on December 3, for which Varun Dhawan paid a stamp duty of Rs 2.67 crore. Juhu is one of the most posh areas of Mumbai. Varun and Natasha bought this new house keeping in mind their luxury lifestyle and future planning.
It may be noted that Varun Dhawan was seen in the film 'Baby John' which was released last month. Produced by young director Atlee, the film had high expectations. The film was also promoted in a big way. But due to Allu Arjun's 'Pushpa', Baby John failed to bring audiences to the theatres. Now Varun will be seen in films like 'Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari', 'Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai', 'Bhedia 2' and 'Border 2'. Varun's fans have expectations from these films.
