Rajkumar Rao and Shraddha Kapoor starrer Stree 2 has earned Rs 600 crore at the domestic box office. With this, it became the first Hindi film to cross this mark.
Film reviewer Taran Adarsh made a post on his X handle on Monday morning. In the post he wrote – Stree 2 has become the first Hindi film to achieve this milestone. From metro to non-metro, multiplex to single screen and urban center to mass market, Stree 2 has been loved by people.
The film Stree 2 was released in theaters on August 14 this year. The film featured actors like Rajkumar Rao, Pankaj Tripathi, Aparshakti Khurana, Shraddha Kapoor, Abhishek Banerjee. Varun Dhawan and Tamannaah Bhatia did a cameo in the film. This film was directed by Amar Kaushik.
The film is part of Dinesh Vijan's horror-comedy universe, which also includes films like Stri, Bhedia, Munjya.
