Friendship and quarrels between Amitabh Bachchan and Shatrughan Sinha are not hidden from anyone. Both worked together in many great films like Bombay to Goa, Shaan and Nasib. However, there was a time when Amitabh Bachchan was a newcomer and Shatrughan Sinha had star status. Many times, Shatrughan Sinha used to push Amitabh Bachchan when his car was stopped.
Some time ago, Amitabh Bachchan arrived on the show Yaaron Ki Barat with Shatrughan Sinha. Meanwhile, while talking to Sajid Khan and Riteish Deshmukh, Amitabh talked about the days he spent with Shatrughan Sinha in the early days of his career. He said that when Shatrughan Sinha was a star, he used to spend most of his time in his house. Shatrughan Sinha was the only one in the group who had a car, so wherever he wanted to go, he used his own car, but that car was very old.
Amitabh Bachchan said that once he had to go from Bandra to Colaba to watch a film. Shatrughan Sinha took out the car and everyone sat in it. The car reached halfway and stopped. Shatrughan Sinha would sit in the car with great enthusiasm and tell him, Come on man, push the car. In such a situation, all friends used to push the car together on Marine Drive and Shatrughan Sinha would sit in the car and give orders. This has happened not once but many times, when Shatrughan Sinha has pushed his friends when their car breaks down.
There was a fight between Amitabh and Shatrughan on the sets of Kala Patthar
It is said that as soon as Amitabh Bachchan became popular, there was a rift in their friendship. Both started moving away from each other. The enmity between the two came to light when they got into a fight on the sets of the film Kaala Patthar. According to the scene, both were supposed to beat each other, but as soon as the scene started, Amitabh started beating one sidedly. Meanwhile, Shashi Kapoor intervened to stop the fight.
Due to the fight, the shooting of Kala Pathar was stopped for 3-4 hours. Shatrughan Sinha somehow finished the film after this incident, but never worked with Amitabh again. He also returned the signing amount of the films he had signed.
Shatrughan Sinha mentioned this battle in his biography
Shatrughan Sinha wrote about this fight in his biography that Amitabh Bachchan was getting the fame he wanted in films. Amitabh was disturbed by this. I was never offered a chair next to Amitabh on the sets of Kala Pattar. Amitabh never offered me a ride in his car while going from the location to the hotel after the shoot. I wonder why this is happening. But I never complained about anything. There are many films that I had left for Amitabh. Not only that, I also returned the signing amount to the producer. After years their relationship has improved. Both have been seen together on many occasions.
